**1. Sales & Collaboration**:

- Actively approach and build relationships with hotels (like OYO), service apartments, educational institutes, and colleges for food collaborations.
- Meet potential clients and present collaboration proposals for food services.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with organizations and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Ensure all agreements are in place, and coordinate with the management for timely execution.
- Achieve sales targets through successful collaboration deals.
- Earn incentives on every confirmed deal.

**2. Operations (In-Restaurant Duties)**:

- When not engaged in sales activities, support the restaurant's operational tasks during evening hours.
- Greet and welcome customers upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Ensure customers are seated comfortably and are attended to promptly.
- Address any customer concerns or issues and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Monitor staff to ensure proper work efficiency and adherence to restaurant standards.
- Assist in managing the restaurant floor, including overseeing seating arrangements and addressing operational needs.

**3. Additional Perks**:

- Petrol expenses will be covered for official travel related to sales and collaborations.
- Performance-based incentives on successfully closed deals.
