**Role**:

- Pilot and scale lead generation across all digital channels with a focus on driving new user acquisition- Planning and delivering targeting and funnel improvement experiments to expand reach with guardrails on CPA.- Improving on lead qualification framework to enable process efficiency for lower funnel teams.- Strategize and implement CLM campaigns for user re-engagement and retention- Work closely with vertical marketing teams to own channel delivery with landing page optimization, channel events, messaging and creative formats.- Research, assess and implement best and emerging industry practices.- Run experiments with clear success/failure metrics.

**Experience and Persona**:

- 2-3 years of experience in delivering measurable RoI and growth through performance marketing on digital channels (Google, FB, Affiliates)- Demonstrated experience in growing products from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10- Strong understand of A/B testing, audience targeting, bidding strategies on various platforms.- Experience in managing lead gen campaigns with an online-offline business model preferred.- Demonstrated experience in driving growth with improving RoI using digital marketing.- Basic understanding of analytics tools and attribution models- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision.- Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
