Floor Incharge

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The Floor Incharge is responsible for ensuring that all floor requirements.
- To be successful as a floor incharge you should have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized.
- You must be able to delegate duties to staff members while making sure that the staff is trained for their assigned roles.
- Responsible to monitor cleanliness & hygiene.
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Prepare and oversee move-in and move-out schedules, including planning, organizing, and overseeing all tasks; driving and escorting move-in and move outs
- Assist with the coordination of move-in and move-out processes, including addressing emergencies and resolving problem.
- Assist with general administrative functions, such as maintaining calendars, arranging travel, and assisting with filing.
- Finding new ways to improve the organisation
- Initiating changes to improve the business.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
