Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process bills and invoices accurately and timely.
- Maintain office documents, records, and files.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payment of bills.
- Conduct quality checks on products and materials received and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist in the maintenance of the office.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
