In this journey, BetterWay IP Medicines and Supplements will be directly consumed by 10Lakh+ Happy users family of BetterWay treated patients. BetterWay will be a India's trusted household name & default reference point, for all things related Ayurvedic medicine, treatment and supplements.

**What is needed of you?**

The care expert role is crafted for frontline advocacy to users about the BetterWay treatment approach. Your role is to be the bridge between BetterWay and its users when they are not in the direct care of any of the BetterWay centers.

You will be the assistant, guide, and mentor to help users make the right health-related choices.

Any BetterWay user must experience exceptional care, support, and continued engagement, as a custodian of this responsibility, key ownership areas are outlined below:
**Introducing BetterWay**:

- Provide detailed information about BettereWay and its services, value proposition, doctors, diseases, and treatments.
- BetterWay Approach i.e. root cause first, patient ownership drive, and evidence-based Ayurved

**Treatment Continuity and Diet-&-Lifestyle Management**
- Ensuring the treatment plan as shared by the doctor is well understood, accepted, and complied with by the patient, post they leave the center.
- Helping adapt to change diet intake and schedule as per recommendation, improvising based on changing weather, local produce, and health condition
- Recommending personalized yoga, home hacks, and self-serving healthcare tips help

**Patient Ownership**
- Call-based connection with BetterWay users (Inbound and Outbound), helping with Appointments, resolving queries, and clarifying their concerns.

**Follow-Ups & Feedback**
- Manage Schedule for patient and treatment follow-ups, ensuring patients are informed and appointments are confirmed.
- Collect and analyze patient experience feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall quality of care.

**Complaint Resolution**
- Understand and empathize with any issues with the treatment, or problem shared by the patient to the BetterWay platform, it can be a concern about the quality of care given, mismatch of the expectations set, or related to experience at work.
- Work with the concerned clinical team, and the management to solve the problem of care

**Care Expert**
- Owning patient clinical concerns and resolution, both online and offline
- Early exposure to the clinical side, patient counselling and treatment management.

**Ayurveda Counsellor**
- Owning patient in clinic journey of the patients
- Early exposure of independent patient diagnosis and management

**Physician**
- Physician role is responsible for patient diagnosis, treatment & outcome.
- Influencing case studies, protocol development, and aiding clinical research.
