Job Responsibilities

Prepare error free, complete costing in timely manner as per client’s requirements.

Work with designers to prepare final costing as per design agreed.

Creating detailed and accurate price quotations that outline the breakdown of costs, terms and conditions, delivery timelines, and any other relevant information.

Ensuring that the quotation is clear, transparent, and aligned with the company's pricing strategy.

Researching and analysing competitors' pricing strategies to ensure that the company's quotes remain competitive in the market.

Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to understand the company's value proposition and positioning.

Assisting sales teams in negotiating prices with customers while considering both customer expectations and company profitability.

Maintaining accurate records of all quotations, communication, and relevant details related to pricing discussions.

Effectively communicating with sales/design teams to address questions, provide clarifications, and discuss any potential modifications to the quote.

Staying informed about the latest interior design trends, materials, and pricing fluctuations in the market.

Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of design and workmanship.

Maintaining detailed records of project estimates, take-offs, quotes, and other relevant documentation.

Ensuring that all quotes are accurately documented and compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Ensuring that the company's pricing history is well-documented for reference and audit purposes.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
