Location: Tiruvannamalai, Tamilnadu

Position Summary: The Video and Photo Editor is responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging content through the editing of videos and photos. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of editing software and techniques. The Video and Photo Editor will collaborate closely with various teams to produce high-quality multimedia content that aligns with the company's branding and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
**Editing and Retouching**:Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance visual appeal, ensuring consistency in style, color, and tone.
Adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, and other elements to achieve desired visual effects.
Remove imperfections, blemishes, and unwanted elements from images and footage.

**Storyboarding and Sequencing**:Collaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards for videos, ensuring a clear and engaging narrative.
Arrange clips and images in a logical sequence, considering pacing, transitions, and visual flow.

**Software Proficiency**:Utilize industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) to perform editing tasks effectively.
Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in video and photo editing.

**Audio Editing**:Edit and mix audio tracks to ensure clear and balanced sound quality in videos.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Incorporate feedback and revisions from team members to refine content.

**File Management**:Organize and manage digital files, ensuring proper naming conventions and file structure.

**Quality Control**:Conduct thorough reviews of edited content to ensure it meets the highest quality standards and aligns with the project's goals.

**Deadline Management**:Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

**Creative Input**:Provide creative input and suggest ideas to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of projects.

Qualifications:

- If You Have Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Photography, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience) You Can Apply
- Or Else, You Have Experienced But Your Not Qualified (Ex: Bachelor's Degree), (Minimum Required Of 12th Pass).

- Proficient in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in video and photo editing And You Also Might Be Given Some Work From Head
