**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Drawings**:

- Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for interior design projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and layouts.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify drawings.

- **Project Documentation**:

- Ensure that all drawings and plans are compliant as per requirments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including revisions and modifications.

- **Site Visits**:

- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements, ensuring that drawings reflect the actual site conditions.
- Coordinate with site personnel to address any design issues or discrepancies.

- **Material and Cost Estimation**:

- Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and cost estimates based on the technical drawings.

- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and verify the accuracy of drawings before submission to clients or construction teams.
- Ensure that all drawings are free of errors and meet the highest quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience as a draftsman, with a focus on both interior design and civil projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and other design tools.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and materials used in both interior and civil projects.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 2D-3D modeling software.
