- Facilitate the smooth processing of customer orders for water jet systems and air jet looms.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
5. **Technical Support**:
- Provide basic technical support to customers, addressing questions about the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water jet cutting systems and air jet looms.
6. **Follow-Up**:
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Gather feedback to improve customer experience and address any concerns promptly.
7. **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in both water jet technology and air jet loom manufacturing.
- Identify potential customers in manufacturing and têxtile sectors and contribute to market research efforts.
8. **Documentation**:
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders for both product lines.
- Generate reports on sales performance and relevant metrics for water jet and air jet loom sales.
9. **Support for Sales Team**:
