**About ARMMAN**

Founded in 2008, ARMMAN’s mission is to enable healthy pregnancy, safe delivery and safe childhood for women and children in India. ARMMAN leverages mHealth to create cost-effective and scalable systemic solutions to improve access of pregnant women and mothers to preventive information and services and train health workers to reduce maternal and child mortality and morbidity.
- Our programs have reached over 40 million women and over 3 lakh health workers across 20+ states to date
- ARMMAN has received several awards and honours including the Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship 2020 and MIT Elevate Prize 2021, as well as grants from Co-Impact, Google.org, USAID, and others.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Understanding and making case history of registered Malnourished children
- Making Live calls to the Registered Mothers using the pre-written call messages.
- Well understanding of any FAQ related to the call message
- Making notes during and after the call and updating the database.
- To attend debriefing meetings fortnightly for discussion on individual cases

Qualification & Skills
- Should be a graduate.
- Comfortable talking over phone with program stakeholders. Flexible timing. Workplace will be mix - 3 days from home and 2 days in office
- Personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to priorities competing demands are key
- Soft skills, like, good listener, patience, clarity in speech and empathy. Language proficiency-Hindi, Marathi & English.
- Experience of documentation, analysis and production of reports; Proven ICT skills, Good facilitation skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
