**Knowledge Required**

Manage and maintain the SAP Business One system, ensuring its smooth operation and data integrity.

Perform system upgrades, patches, and updates as necessary

Add-ons & Other Requirements Coordination with SAP Partner

Create and manage user accounts and roles within SAP B1.

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP B1-related issues and errors

Provide training and support to end-users, helping them navigate the SAP B1 system and the integrated POS systems.

Address user inquiries and issues related to SAP B1 and POS integration
