**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Education Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting and selling educational products and services, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis and Research**:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the education sector.

Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- **Develop and Execute Marketing Plans**:Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote educational products and services.

Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising, to reach the target audience.
- **Sales Generation**:Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, schools, and key decision-makers.

Generate leads, conduct presentations, and convert prospects into clients.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

Provide support in creating sales collateral and materials.
- **Event Planning and Participation**:Organize and participate in educational events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase our products and services.

Network with educators and industry professionals to expand our reach.
- **Content Creation**:Develop compelling and informative content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.

**Requirements**:

- **Industry Knowledge**:Familiarity with current trends and challenges in the education sector.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- **Team Player**:Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Tech-Savvy**:Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
