You will need a track record of leading teams and having deep domain experience in your engineering career. In this role, you will work with a tribe of cross-functional teams. **Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Power Platform solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Provide expertise in creating custom connectors, plugins, and extensions to enhance Power Platform capabilities.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Power Platform technologies, incorporating best practices into solution designs.
- Lead the development of Power Platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive and user-friendly solutions.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Power Platform best practices and capabilities.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of Power Platform tools and components to meet business requirements.

**Must Have**
- Proficient in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experienced in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies.
- Creative and solution-oriented, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Power Platform solutions.
- Familiar with integration strategies to connect Power Platform solutions with other systems and databases.
- Up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in Power Platform development.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable providing guidance and training to internal teams on Power Platform capabilities.

**Nice to Have**
- Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Experience with integration strategies to connect Power Platform solutions with other systems and databases.
- Continuous learning mindset and a commitment to staying up to date with industry trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to provide guidance and training to internal teams on Power Platform capabilities.
