Education:

- Diploma / Degree in hotel Management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 5 Years with resort or hotel Property
- Minimum Experience : 1 - 3 Years as a resort management

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring high standards of service.
- Manage staff, recruitment, and training for a positive work environment.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through effective engagement and problem resolution.
- Optimize financial performance by budgeting and monitoring revenue streams.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and address issues promptly.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to attract and retain guests.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and stay updated on industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Customer service focus with problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and challenges.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and regulations.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.
