**Environment: Work from Office, at times Hybrid**
**Work hours: 9 AM - 7 PM IST**
**Travel: As needed basis (10-20%)**

**Job Description**:
As Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for helping build the iSOCRATES brand in the community, attending and hosting formal and informal campus awareness and recruiting events, and building effective Boot Camp and Internship programs.

This HR executive role is the embodiment of our organization to the current and future leaders of our community and to members of the industry. The Campus Recruiter will understand what benefits we offer our various stakeholders and be able to communicate the actual work each person and role performs along with the required skills, capabilities, and experience. A positive attitude, high personal energy, detail orientation, curious nature, personal persuasion, and possessing a desire to learn are paramount for achieving success in this role and growth in future responsibilities in the Company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the TA Head to deliver a campus sourcing strategy with key institutions across South India
- Build relationships with target universities and training programs to ensure we successfully implement our campus engagement strategy
- Prepare a thorough and detailed recruitment process along with stakeholders
- Host in-house and campus events and activities for students and fresh graduates by department or field
- Attend college career fairs, communicate with students, and promote our employer brand image
- Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities
- Design, implement and execute robust, innovative, campus-specific recruiting strategies to attract and hire top campus talent and meet hiring goals (e.g., career fairs, information sessions, student organization meetings)
- Promote current job openings through online and offline alumni communities
- Contact university career counselors and provide informational materials about our entry-level position programs
- Post job ads and source potential applicants via web-based networking or social media groups
- Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with universities and other educational institutions
- Do aggressive outreach to promising students and key campus and other personnel

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-5 years experience working as a technical or business HR recruiter or a similar role
- HR professional with Digital Media and/or Marketing and/or IT Consulting and Services company experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Engineering and/or Business required, Human Resources or Management training preferred
- Experience with Talent Recruitment, Human Resource Information Systems, Benefits, Payroll, and/or Talent Management and Acquisition tools, preferred
- Knowledge and experience of HR processes, incl: human resource information systems, performance and talent management, audit/ compliances, comp and benefits, HRMS/ HRIS/ ERP, etc. preferred
- Knowledge and strategy in competing and hiring the best talents (Tech and Non-Tech)
- Maintain knowledge of all human capital market trends and assist Company to prepare long-term recruitment strategies
- Knowledge of resume databases and applicant tracking systems
- Familiar with social media sourcing and brand building
- Ability to maintain relationships with the recruiting teams and colleges
- Outstanding understanding of market intel especially with respect to entry-level positions
- Excellent networking skills
- Great interpersonal, selling, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent, truly fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandatory; Hindi and Kannada, Preferred
