**JD for Telecaller/Counselor**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with enthusiasm to meet weekly /monthly/yearly targets.
- Meet or exceed sales targets via student retention & new student acquisition.
- Generate leads & talk to the prospective students.
- Proactive in the overall closure of the lead.
- Must have convincing skills to convert prospective leads into registrations.
- Responding to queries and inquiries efficiently, ensuring pro-active follow up with the
'prospective students.
- Contacting potential or existing students to inform them about the upcoming courses.

- Have the resilience to bounce back after minor setbacks.
- Have achievement orientation to achieve the target and do what it takes.
- Have interpersonal skills to develop & sustain meaningful relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Should have excellent written and verbal Communication Skills - English, Telugu & Hindi
- Good at MS Office and Organizing.
- Experience - 0-2 yrs as a Counselor/ Telesales executive/Career Counselor/Career Coach in
Inside sales
- Education - Any graduate with the requisite skill set.
- EdTech Background will be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
