**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the management of the Network & Security Design and Architecture
- Keep up-to date with the latest relevant technology, relevant standards, policies and directives;
- Produce and maintain operations manuals/run books for the associated services for this team in line with corporate standards;
- Maintenance -managing routines, obsolescence, contracts, suppliers, service providers
- Capacity management - managing utilization of assets
- To develop the team and work with other departments to provide solutions at BL level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to analyse problems, issues & needs and provide robust but adaptable solutions which meet current and future requirements
- Documentation with HLD and LLD
- The ability to handle objections and resistance to change Ability to cope with changing environment - including adapting to meet emergency business critical events
- Participate in Global community streams to discuss on new technologies and applicability to the organization
- Innovation - provide innovative solutions to the organization

**Profile required**:

- 15+ Years of experience in Network & Security Operations
- Cisco CCIE certified or any equivalent certifications
- Experience, deploying and supporting enterprise infrastructure including the following: Switching, Routing, Cisco ACI, Checkpoint Firewall Firewalls, Fortinet Firewalls,
- SDWAN implementation and support
- Experience of dealing with major Global Comms suppliers
- Network Security and GDPR experience.
- Expert Troubleshooting, Diagnostics & Event Log/Management analysis
- Strong knowledge on Cisco Data Center products (Nexus series switches, Cisco ACI), Catalyst Series switches - Mandatory, Cisco ASR 9K (IOS XR) Cisco ASR 1K (IOS/IOS XE)
- Strong knowledge on Routing/Switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, MST, PVST, L2 switching - Mandatory
- Possess a clear understanding of capacity planning in various scenarios. Knowledge of Cisco routing/switching including Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, XR and NX-OS
- Hands on and troubleshooting Routing. Switching, Nexus, ACI Network and OTV, identify chronic issues and provide solutions
- Knowledge on various DC Architecture (DC-DR, Active-Active DC etc.)
- Strong experience with L4-L7- load balancing, firewalls, etc. will be an advantage.
- **Skills Required**:Cisco Routing, switching, Multicast, Nexus, Data Center, SDWAN, Cisco ACI
