**Full job description**

We are seeking an individual who has a proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the private security or facility management industry. An individual should have excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

We are seeking a goal-oriented individual with integrity & sincerity to drive business development in a private security company based out of Uttarakhand.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities within the facility management sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored facility management solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's footprint in the facility management market. This includes identifying key decision-makers, initiating contact, and leading the negotiation process to secure new contracts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company's visibility and establish strategic partnerships within the facility management community.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the facility management industry.
- Strong understanding of facility management solutions, industry trends, and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business development tools.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
