**Job Title**: Air Conditioning (AC) Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to staff or clients.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in preventive maintenance procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of operation and maintenance of AC/Refrigeration equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications, such as EPA certification.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems.
