Role: Gymnastic Instructors

What would you do?
- He / She will be responsible for conducting the classes according to The Center curriculum.
- He / She should be keen to work with children in fun and nurturing manner
- He / She has the knowledge of the English language or is keen to learn and take class in the

Language.
- He / She is expected to talk to the parent in either native or English language to communicate

the progress and benefit of the program
- He / She should be eager to learn, stick to curriculum and prepare before taking any class
- He / She should be a team player
- He / She is expected to call or interact with parents to update on their child’s progress and key

milestones
- He / She is responsible for documenting Q3 assessment of each child’s progress on the

classes
- He / She is responsible for documenting Sales Allocation and Petty Cash.
- He / She is expected to basic calls to parent and check for the child’s absentees

What do you need?
- A person who is trained gymnast and has participated in state or national level games will be

an added advantage
- He / She should be keen to work with children in a fun and nurturing manner
- Trained gymnast (State / National level)
- Thorough understanding of gymnast skills and spotting
- Can speak English (or keen to learn)
- Eager to work with young children (2 -12 years)
- Patience and fun loving
- Interest in sports, willing to learn and grow
- Commitment with company for longer period of time

Work days & Timings - Tuesday to Sunday (Work from Office only), 10 to 7 pm

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
