Job Description: As an MIS (Management Information System) Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes within the organization. You will play a crucial role in collecting, organizing, and presenting data in a meaningful and user-friendly manner to aid in strategic planning and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
Data Management:Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
Develop and maintain a robust data management system to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Cleanse and transform raw data into a format suitable for analysis.

Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze large datasets using appropriate statistical and data analysis techniques.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to support decision-making.
Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Database Development and Maintenance:Design, develop, and maintain databases to store and retrieve data efficiently.
Ensure data structures are optimized for ease of use and accessibility.
Perform regular data updates, backups, and maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide technical support to users.

System Enhancement and Automation:Identify opportunities to enhance existing MIS tools, systems, and processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement automation and streamline data collection and reporting procedures.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in MIS and recommend improvements accordingly.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and marketing, to understand their data requirements.
Work closely with management to develop performance metrics and KPIs.
Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MIS or data analysis roles.
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
