**8. Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve technical challenges.

**Qualifications**:
**1. ITI Certification**: Possess a certificate from an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or equivalent vocational training program in electronics or electrical assembly.

**2. Soldering Skills**: Proficient in soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface mount soldering. Ability to solder fine-pitch components is a plus.

**3. Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of electronic components, circuits, and assembly processes. Knowledge of LED technology is preferred.

**4. Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly and soldering, as well as the ability to identify and correct defects.

**5. Safety Awareness**: Committed to following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

**6. Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly and soldering issues effectively.

**7. Teamwork**: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
