Plada Infotech Services Pvt Ltd was started in the year 2010, were our founder started as a **Pla**cement and **Da**ta entry company from where the name **PLADA** derived.
We saw an market opportunity and we also wanted to diversify our line of business by entering into Merchant Acquisition, post which the company has invested into multiple line of business such as Field Support, Account Management, Recruitment & Payroll Management. We started with a core team strength of 10 employees today which has grown to 1500 plus employees and we envisage to have a team strength of 10,000 employees.
**We are currently leaders in the merchant acquisition industry**, and we have a strong client relationship and we can proudly say that our major clients are associated with us for more than a decade.
**Job Description**:
Are you passionate about sales and eager to kickstart a rewarding career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join our Sales Apprenticeship Program at Plada and embark on a journey to develop your skills, knowledge, and expertise in the field of sales.
Key Responsibilities:
**Learn Sales Techniques**: Gain hands-on experience in mastering various sales techniques, including prospecting, cold calling, negotiation, and relationship building.
**Product/Service Knowledge**: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
**Customer Engagement**: Interact with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
**Sales Support**: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to contribute insights for effective sales strategies.
**Professional Development**: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance your sales skills and overall professional growth.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree (Passed out between 2021-2023)
Good communication skills, presentable
Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus
