Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly. Ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the leasing process.
**Leads Management**: Proactively identify potential leads and new business opportunities from existing and prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize lead generation efforts and optimize conversion rates.
**Property Matching**: Identify and propose suitable properties to clients based on their requirements. Present property options in a compelling and informative manner, showcasing their features and benefits.
**Market Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends, leasing regulations, and industry developments. Leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients and assist them in making informed decisions.
**Client Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with the platform and services. Relay feedback to relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement of our offerings.
**Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and deal progress using the company's CRM system. Generate regular reports and updates for management to assess relationship management performance.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and leasing processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive business relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as required.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
