Analyze and understand complex technical information and a natural desire to help people understand concepts.
Develop comprehensive technical documentation that meets organizational standards.
Create Client facing documentation for FirstVisions & Vision Next products as part of creating a quality developer experience.
Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
Research, outline, write and edit new and existing documentation. Work closely with various Subject Matter Experts to understand projects requirements.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat (11 & above), MadCap Flare (11 & above), Adobe FrameMaker (11 & above) SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, or similar software, with an understanding of various GenAI platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
