**Job Summary**:
The Call Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring efficient call handling, and providing exceptional customer service. The Call Coordinator will also support the service team with call-related tasks and data entry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct inbound calls to appropriate service representatives.
- Coordinate outbound calls for service representatives.
- Manage call queues and ensure timely call answering.
- Monitor call volume and adjust staffing levels accordingly.
- Data entry and management of customer information.
- Support service representatives with call-related tasks.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of call activity
