This is a full-time remote role for a Junior MEP Estimator position. The Junior MEP Estimator will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of cost estimates for MEP works and providing support to the senior MEP estimators. Key responsibilities will include reviewing contracts, scope of work, project plans, specifications, and associated drawings to establish accurate project costs, soliciting quotes from subcontractors, researching labour and material pricing, and maintaining up-to-date cost databases and estimating software systems.

**Qualifications**
- At least 1-2 years of experience in estimate preparation for MEP works
- Proficient with computer estimating systems such as Bluebeam and On-Screen Take-off. Experience with Quick Pen Estimating and/or EBM preferred
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Familiar with drawings and specifications related to the construction industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- PE certification is a plus
