**Designation**: Receptionist/ Front Office Executive

**Office Location**: Sector 27, Faridabad, Haryana, India

**Overview of the role**:A Receptionist /Front Office Executive is a professional who is responsible for managing the front desk area of an organization, company, or institution. They play a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming first impression to visitors, clients, and employees.

**Areas of Responsibility**:
1. Visitor Management - Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

6. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

7. Update calendars for meeting rooms and schedule meetings

8. Travel Desk management - Arrange travel and accommodations.

9. Courier Management.

**Preferred Education Background**:
**Preferred Work Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience as Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

**Other Information**:

- Age -27- 40 years.
- CTC - upto 5 LPA.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
