**Job Description**:
As the Human Resource Generalist you will manage the daily HR Services of the Human Resource (HR) department, providing pro-active, strategic and responsive HR partnership in line with the business’ requirements. To support the HR Business Partner in all HR services including Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, People Development and Compensation.

You will support the intelliflo management team with initiatives that enhance our company culture and create an environment that enables our colleagues to perform at their highest potential.

You’ll be part of the global HR team supporting our intelliflo business in India, reporting into the Manager, HR in our Hyderabad office with dotted line to the HR Business Partners for the intelliflo business.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, People Development and Compensation.
- Provides business leaders with HR related information on their staff/organization to facilitate management decisions (includes running reports, creating pivot tables, amalgamating information, creation of presentations or other methods to provide tools/analytics for decision making)
- Manage routine preparations related to department restructuring.
- Support managers in documenting employee relations and performance issues aligned with our policies and procedures.
- Respond to RFP questions with data or HR policy/procedural information; coordinate with other contacts to
- ensure information is accurate and complete.
- Support HR transactions on Workday platform such as changing employee or position data, hiring employees, contracting contingent workers, reviewing or approving time and absence; requesting payments, starting disciplinary actions, offboarding employees.
- Manage incoming inquiries from managers and employees for the region through ServiceNow and will route and/or escalate specialized queries to the appropriate teams.
- Acts as an expert and owner of data and processes; reviews and works with HR team members to resolve identified data audit issues and actively participates in process improvements for data management and other HR-related initiatives
- Maintains employee data in systems and manages process for completion of accurate and up-to-date personnel records
- Complete regular employee data audits and reconcile flagged data
- Conducts analysis for Reductions in Force, prepares termination pay calculations/documentation, and maintains severance tracking
- Provide input into colleague communications related to payroll, tax, compliance, et cetera.
- Coordinate end-to-end HR onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Partner with recruiting resources to drive talent acquisition efforts.
- Assist HR colleagues responsible for company-wide program administration (benefits, compensation, L&D, DEI, et cetera) by providing local program expertise and execution.
- Analyze employee surveys and other feedback methods to identify HR priorities, risks, and opportunities.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Drive HR functional excellence by identifying, recommending, documenting, and executing opportunities for process improvements.
- Represent HR on POSH committee as required.
- Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, new technologies in human resources.

Your Education and Experience
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree level in Human Resources or related field
- Relevant professional qualifications/designations an advantage
- Background as a Human Resources professional with the necessary Human Resources related work
