Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other recruitment sources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure our processes are effective and competitive.
- Participate in recruitment-related events and career fairs as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition in Non IT field.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
