**Responsibilities**:

- Create all digital content briefs and manage graphic design and video editing, plus Reels/Memes.
- Create & design performance reports/ educational content.
- Work and manage multiple projects, clients, and timelines.
- Edit raw video footage and assemble it into a polished final product.
- Trim, cut, and arrange video segments to ensure smooth transitions and logical sequencing.
- Select and add suitable music, sound effects, and voice overs to videos.
- Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance video content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, software, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Know and have considerable experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Preference to 2+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer with a good portfolio of past work.
- Excellent verbal (Fluent English Speaker) and written communication skills.
- Genuine interest and understanding of crypto/ blockchain basic terms.
- Self-motivation, multitasking and ability to work in a fast-changing environment with problem solving skills.
- Strong content production skills, e.g. designing graphics, searching for trends, using social media schedulers, and so on.
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor & proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

**Data Analyst & Social Media Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quantitative research to identify and develop trading strategies.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to the team. This includes monitoring news and events that may impact the cryptocurrency market and providing regular updates to the team.
- Work closely with our team to create content and strategy. Work and manage multiple projects, clients, and timelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize trading strategies and improve overall performance. This includes working closely with other traders, analysts, and developers to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports & analysis in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare concise data reports and data visualizations for the management that will help in the decision making process.
- Provide support and assist clients on various social media platforms with quick responses to the comments and personal messages (Twitter, Telegram and others) & Host virtual spaces/voice conference, talks & AMAs with community members.

**Requirements**:

- Work closely with our team to create content and strategy. Work and manage multiple projects, clients, and timelines.
- Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to create content that resonates with our customers and prospects.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
- Provide support and assist clients on various social media platforms with quick responses to the comments and personal messages (Twitter, Telegram and others) & Host virtual spaces/voice conference, talks & AMAs with community members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Writer, with a portfolio of published articles, blog posts, and other digital content.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Excellent writing and editing skills, Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress).
