**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of banquet events, including setup, service, and teardown.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their vision is executed flawlessly.
- Prepare event timelines, manage schedules, and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise and train banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup crew.
- Assign duties and tasks to staff members to ensure efficient service and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss event details, expectations, and performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure that all guest requests are met and that the banquet experience exceeds their expectations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms, ensuring that all equipment and decor are in place and in good condition.
- Manage inventory and ensure that all supplies and equipment are available and in working order.

**Profile Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in banquet or event management, with a proven track record in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
