The NVIDIA Graphics, Global Trade Operations & Compliance team is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic Shipping Coordinator to become a part of Nvidia Trade Operations team. What you'll be doing:

- Acts as point of contact for trade operations at Bangalore offices
- Provides coordination and follow-up with logistics providers, entry agent, in-country customs authorities, as well as inter-company teams: Global Trade, Logistics, Purchasing to ensure quality, compliant, and timeliness of the import/export process
- Experience of having worked in STPI / EOU units
- Application submission & follow-up with STPI and Customs
- Submission of returns to STPI/Customs
- Maintains and updates the registers required to be kept under the STPI regulations for all imports effected by the Company.
- Receives in materials, unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices; maintains records of received goods and rejects of unsatisfactory items, or freight damage
- Performs asset labeling and tracking of asset movements: local, re-export, repair, calibration of bonded assets
- Bookkeeping of the statutory records like Bond register, CT3 register (Local Purchase Register) etc.
- Monitors the bonds executed with Customs and gets bond cancelled
- Maintenance of entity cross-charging details
- Prepares goods for export shipments, including packaging and weights for posting of shipping charges
- Prepares freight documents and stores records of material or items shipped, including providing tracking information
- Assists NVIDIA Global Trade group in audit process for operations and suppliers in the region.

What we need to see:

- Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer/Electronics engineering or any equivalent experience
- Should have 2-3 years' experience in STPI/EOU units
- Should have handled Import & Export shipping & statutory documentation.
- Person with exposure to ERP system (SAP) preferred.
- Should have knowledge in working with the office tools like MS office & MS outlook.
- Should have good communication skills.

- Interactions with Custom House Agent-CHA /Internal business group would be helpful.
- Exposure to ERP System.
- Expert in communication skills.
- Experience on shipping and receiving.
- Deep knowledge in Shipping/Receiving/Posting GRN.
