We're hiring for the below mentioned profile:

- **Profile** - Junior Media Buyer
- **Experience** - 0 to 1 Year
- **Education Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s / Masters in the relevant field.

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1) Develop and implement effective Google Ads and Search marketing strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.

2) Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and optimise campaigns to maximise performance and ROI.

3) Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and take proactive action.

4) Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

5) Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.

6) Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, and leverage insights to enhance campaign success.

**Requirements**:
1) Proficiency in Google Ads and Search campaigns with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

2) Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively.

4) Ambitious, self-driven, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the digital marketing industry.

5) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic projects.

Bonus Points for:
Experience with Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.

Familiarity with ad management tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
