Raheja District Arena is a state-of-the-art 65,000 sq. ft. indoor fitness arena that offers premium sports and fitness facilities. Our club includes a 7-a-side turf, badminton courts, tennis courts, a basketball court, a dance and fitness studio, and a multipurpose area. We aim to deliver exceptional service to our members, making their experience enjoyable and seamless.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented **Customer Service Officer (CSO)** to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. The CSO will play a key role in ensuring members have a positive experience, addressing inquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting with membership-related tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for customer service in the fitness industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet members and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle member check-ins and registrations for various sports and fitness activities.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
- **Membership Handling**:

- Assist prospective members with queries regarding membership packages, fees, and facilities.
- Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of member information and payment status.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address member concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about sports programs, events, classes, and personal training options.
- Coordinate with various departments (coaching, fitness, events) to resolve member issues and ensure smooth operations.
- **Facility Tour & Promotion**:

- Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Promote ongoing offers, events, and new services to members to increase engagement.
- **Event Assistance**:

- Support in organizing sports events, tournaments, and club activities.
- Handle inquiries and registrations for events and ensure members are informed about schedules.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain and update member databases and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
- Assist with invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the operations and sales team to support promotional activities and ensure member satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the management team to improve the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the fitness industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of management software (CRM systems preferred).

- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
