The Production Manager with **15 ‐ 20 years of experience** in machining parts, sheet metal, and heavy structural steel fabrication is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement production strategies aligned with organizational goals and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to set production targets and budgets.

2. Resource Management:

- Allocate resources effectively to meet production goals, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Optimize workflow and production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

3. Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors, engineers, and skilled workers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance productivity and employee morale.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skill set of the production team.

4. Quality Control:

- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any issues related to product quality.

5. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes.

6. Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular training to minimize workplace accidents.

7. Communication:

- Effectively communicate production goals, performance metrics, and updates to senior management and cross‐functional teams.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to production in a timely manner.

8. Budget Management:

- Monitor and manage the production budget to ensure financial targets are met.
- In‐depth knowledge of machining processes, sheet metal fabrication, and structural steel manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
