**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and evaluations of pediatric patients.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Provide preventive care, including immunizations, screenings, and health maintenance.
- Monitor growth and development milestones, and provide guidance to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care for pediatric patients.
- Educate patients and families about pediatric health issues, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric medicine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Compassion and empathy for pediatric patients and their families.
- Prior experience in pediatric care is preferred but not required.
