Your Role and Responsibilities
- As a member of the global international tax team, will have the opportunity for broad experience in all aspects of the “cradle to grave” tax life cycle over a period of time.
- Work closely with the Tax lead and various other teams including Statutory Accounting, tax accounting, COE’s and financial analyst for information collation, analysis w.r.t direct tax compliance.
- Responsible for Transfer pricing compliance.
- To support on APA Renewal & filing of APA compliance report.
- To support on preparation and finalization of TP segmentation.
- Responsible for handling Transfer pricing & other litigation at various levels.
- Analysing the Assessment orders, filing of appeal/objections with Tax authorities and analysing the tax impact.
- Preparation of information and schedules and filing of tax returns of Overseas entities in India.
- To support the team on SOX compliance and internal audits.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Manage ahead by organising and planning what needs to be done for effective & timely closure of internal and external compliances.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Chartered Accountant with 2 years of Experience in Direct Taxation
