Attending Incoming & doing Outgoing calls
- Consolidating Entries Prac P (Online and offline)
- Uploading the Entries in TOL
- Creating new teacher names in TOL
- Cross check CRC Entries with TOL and share to OATS team
- Handling Transfer & Split up entries
- Follow-up for incorrect external ID
- Checking Reconciliation reports
- Handling front office
- Taking stationery item orders
- Taking Syllabus & Challan orders
- Preparing Room allotment & other pre & post arrangements for Theory exam
- Results tracking & referral - follow up
- Checking the chennai sub centre certificates & following up the pending certificates
- Handling refund request forms
- Handling Special need & Certificate replacement forms
- Preparing stickers for respective
