**Responsibilities**:
1. Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design

2. Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact

3. Produce detailed drawings and make any necessary corrections

4. Compile project specifications, execution of projects is required.

5. Keep within budgets and timelines.

6. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.

7. Follow-ups with all kind of consultants (MEP, RCC and BMC consultant)

8. Make site visits to check on project status and report on project

9. Cooperate and liaison with construction professionals

10. Follow architectural trends and advancements

11. Site co-ordination with project heads.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven working experience as an Architect with Real Estate/ Developer.
- Experience of studying and drafting of drawings like working drawings, MEP, RCC, and sales plan.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software in AutoCAD, Photoshop, sketchup, coral drawing, rivit, V-ray and 3D max software’s.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
