- A.M Die Design COL FORGING**

1. Management of Tooling, Raw material, Manpower on shop floor for stipulated production for next two settings.

2. To process sequence designing for New part for cold forging on 6 station part former.

3. To develop the new product on 6 station Part Former parts

4. To carry out the lite maintenance work of Cold forging machine.

5. To release the Tool Purchase Plan as per month Production Plan.

6. To do the costing of new cold forging component.

7. To modify the tooling and its setting and handling criteria for better output.

8. To maintain the tool inventory as per Production requirement.

9. To create the daily Production report and feed data in ERP system.

10. To prepare the shift schedule and skill matrix of down the level.

11. To maintain the Quality during Production.

12. To carry out the Tooling rectification as per Assembly of Dies.

Experience:

- 8-12 years

Qualification:

- ITI/Diploma/ B.Tech

Location:

- Ludhiana

**Salary**:

- up to 60k

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
