Responsibilities 1. **Class Instruction** - Lead dance workout classes, ensuring participants follow along safely and effectively. - Demonstrate and explain proper dance techniques and fitness exercises. - Adapt routines to accommodate different skill levels and abilities within the class. 2. **Class Planning and Preparation** - Develop and choreograph dance routines that combine cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility. - Create playlists and select music that motivates and energizes participants. - Ensure all equipment and space are ready and safe for use before each class. 3. **Participant Engagement and Motivation** - Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and fun. - Provide feedback and encouragement to help participants achieve their fitness goals. - Address any concerns or questions participants may have regarding exercises or fitness goals. 4. **Health and Safety** - Monitor participants to ensure exercises are performed correctly and safely. - Respond appropriately to any injuries or emergencies that may occur during class. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and fitness guidelines and practices. 5. **Administrative Duties** - Keep accurate records of class attendance and participant progress. - Promote upcoming classes and events through various channels, including social media. - Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current in the field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
