**Requirements**:

- Technical diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English language (both listening and speaking) to facilitate effective communication with supervisors and team members.

**Tasks**:

- Adjusting mixer settings to achieve accurate blending of raw materials according to the instructions.
- Set up the machine including the calibration, cleaning, etc. to start the production cycle.
- Conducting quality checks on mixed materials to maintain consistency.
- Filling the tracking form after each process for monitoring purposes, ensuring the documentation of production data.
- Cleaning and maintaining the mixer and the mixer room to prevent any defects or faults.
- Identifying and reporting any material-related issues to the production supervisor.
- Collaborating with the quality control team to ensure the mixture meets the required specifications.
- Following safety procedures and guidelines.
