**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- **Filing and Organization**: Maintain and organize office records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval.
- **Scheduling**: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **Front Desk Duties**: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- **Supplies Management**: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring all necessary items are in stock.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
**Requirements**:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- **Reliability**: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
