**Job Title**: Karaoke Expert

**Overview**:
To join our team for online karaoke sessions, we are looking for a talented and motivated Karaoke Expert. As a Karaoke Expert, it will be your job to set up a fun and exciting environment, assist participants throughout the karaoke session, and make sure that everyone has a great time. This is a remote job that calls for a love of entertainment and music as well as competence with internet communication tools.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Host Online Karaoke Sessions:
Plan and lead online karaoke Sessions for our website. Set up the virtual environment, manage participant access, and address any technical problems that may arise.

2. Curate song selection:
Make appealing and varied song collections to satisfy a range of musical inclinations. Keep up with current musical trends and make sure that the choices available to participants are varied.

3. Activate and Involve Participants:
Engage in conversation with attendees to foster a vibrant and welcoming environment. Make people feel at ease and confident, promote community, and encourage active engagement.

4. Give vocal guidance:
Encourage and advise participants so they can improve their singing experience. Establish a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere for people of all abilities.

5. Technical Skills:
Acquaintance with the technological features of virtual sessions and online karaoke platforms.

6. Encourage Communication:
Encourage collaboration and duets by facilitating conversation amongst participants. Incorporate tasks or games to keep meetings lively.

7. Flexibility:
Adjust for varying themes or unique demands during karaoke sessions. Adapt the format of the sessions to the preferences and feedback of the participants.

8. Maintain Professionalism:
Maintain a polished appearance while fostering a lively and enjoyable environment. Respond to any disturbances or improper conduct with grace and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
Passion for music and a broad understanding of its genres.

Outstanding communication abilities to interact with participants.

Technical expertise with karaoke and internet communication tools.

Capacity to establish a welcoming and upbeat environment.

Strong organisational abilities for efficient virtual session management.

It's advantageous if you've previously hosted or taken part in online karaoke sessions.

**Qualifications**:
It could be helpful to have a bachelor's degree in communication, entertainment management, music, or the performing arts.

It's advantageous to have formal training or education in voice, music, or a similar field.

Must have expertise in vocal and instrumental music.

Certification in voice coaching, music, or a similar field might improve credentials.

**Salary**: ₹800.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour
