**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day to day operations of the Site
- Should have preferably worked on implementation of Building Construction & interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects
- Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors. Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers. Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labour schedule. Quality control of work done at site. Executing all Civil, Electrical, Plumbing & interior work as per design and in perfection like civil, Gypsum and POP, Carpentry Work, Modular Furniture, Electrical, Plumbing etc as per specifications through contractors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
