Bim Trainee

FairConstruct Construction Solutions Private Limited is a construction management services and solutions provider. We ensure successful execution of various types of challenging and complex projects using technology and data science.

We have a client base in the USA mainly in New York.

We work for Federally funded Hurricane Disaster Recovery, Private residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality and mixed use real estate development projects etc.

**CONTRACT LENGTH**:Minimum 3 months of internship

**REQUIREMENT**:Laptop and a good internet connection with Revit.

**STIPEND**:We do not provide fixed stipend. We reward performance through monetary performance incentives mostly at end of the internship tenure

**WORK TIMINGS**:

- Monday to Friday working
- 2 pm to 11 pm (flexibility offered as per discussion with Reporting Manager post joining)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To assist the BIM Manager with designing and drafting of construction projects for residential as well as commercial buildings
- To assist in the preparation of tender drawings for the tender process.
- To help with other spontaneous office related tasks as and when required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Pursuing or completed graduation in architecture/ b.tech
- civil engineering from a recognized institution
- Basic knowledge of Revit, Auto cad, BIM
- Basic knowledge of sheet drafting in Revit
- Revit Dynamo experience will be preferred
- Proactive and self-driven person
