Sales Girl

BFix Learning is a leading provider of mobile technicians' updation classes, and we are seeking a Sales Girl to join our team. The Sales Girl will play a crucial role in promoting our courses, attracting potential students, and contributing to the growth of our organization. As a Sales Girl, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at increasing enrollments and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:Greet and assist potential customers who visit our training center.
Provide information about our mobile technicians' updation classes, including course offerings, schedules, and fees.
Answer inquiries and provide detailed explanations to address customer questions and concerns.

Sales and Enrollment:Actively promote our courses and services to prospective students.
Explain the benefits of enrolling in our classes and help potential students understand how our training can enhance their skills and career prospects.
Assist in the enrollment process, including completing necessary paperwork and collecting payments.

Sales Targets:Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
Implement sales strategies and techniques to drive enrollments and meet objectives.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A friendly and approachable personality.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and handling inquiries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the mobile technology industry is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
