**Client Outreach**: Contact potential clients through phone calls to introduce them to the spa's services, packages, and promotions.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Assist clients in booking appointments for various spa treatments, considering their preferences and availability.

**Product and Service Knowledge**: Develop a strong understanding of the spa's offerings, including different treatments, packages, and special features, to effectively communicate these to clients.

**Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell additional treatments or services based on clients' needs and preferences. Cross-sell products or packages that complement the client's chosen treatment.

**Answering Inquiries**: Address client inquiries regarding services, pricing, availability, and other relevant information. Provide accurate and comprehensive information to help clients make informed decisions.

**Maintaining Customer Database**: Keep accurate records of client interactions, appointments, preferences, and feedback in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

**Follow-Up**: Reach out to clients post-treatment to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction. Follow up on missed appointments or rescheduling requests.

**Handling Objections**: Address and overcome client objections or concerns regarding treatments, pricing, or any other aspects of the spa services.

**Promotions and Offers**: Inform clients about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers to encourage repeat visits and attract new customers.

**Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with the spa's receptionists, therapists, and management to ensure a smooth appointment booking and treatment process.

**Maintaining Professionalism**: Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone while interacting with clients over the phone. Exhibit excellent communication skills and empathy.

**Targets and Metrics**: Achieve set targets for appointment bookings, upselling, and customer satisfaction. Track key metrics, such as conversion rates and call-to-appointment ratios.

**Feedback and Improvement**: Gather insights from client interactions and share feedback with the spa management to improve services, promotions, and overall client experience.

**Adherence to Policies**: Ensure compliance with the spa's policies and procedures, including confidentiality, data protection, and ethical guidelines.

**Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on spa trends, new treatments, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

**Administration**: Perform administrative tasks related to telecalling, such as maintaining call logs, preparing reports, and updating client information.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
