**Position Overview**:
As a Telemarketer - Sales at our dynamic digital marketing firm, specializing in SEO, website design and development, social media management, and Google campaigns, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and secure appointments for our sales team, leveraging your expertise in telemarketing and sales techniques. Incentives will be provided based on successful sales closings, adding an extra dimension of motivation to your role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation: Utilize various lead generation methods to identify and qualify prospects interested in digital marketing solutions.
2. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospects, effectively communicating the value propositions of our services and generating interest.
3. Product/Service Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our SEO strategies, website design and development capabilities, social media management techniques, and Google campaign services to convey their benefits persuasively.
4. Appointment Setting: Skillfully schedule appointments or consultations for our sales representatives with qualified leads, driving the sales pipeline forward.
5. Follow-up Strategy: Implement a systematic follow-up strategy to nurture leads, build rapport, and keep prospects engaged with our offerings.
6. CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring efficient lead management and tracking.
7. Performance Analysis: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on your interactions with prospects, contributing to the refinement of messaging and sales strategies.
8. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales conversion, with incentives provided based on successful sales closings.
**Qualifications**:
1. Sales & Telemarketing Experience: Proven experience in sales and telemarketing roles, preferably within digital marketing or related industry.
2. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, utilizing sales and telemarketing keywords effectively.
3. Resilience: Demonstrated resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejection, maintaining enthusiasm and focus on achieving sales objectives.
4. Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple leads and follow-up activities efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
5. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different prospect personas and sales situations during phone conversations, tailoring approaches for optimal results.
6. Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and sales software to streamline lead management and communication processes.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cohesively within a team environment, contributing positively to team goals and objectives.
**Additional Information**:
- This is a full-time position based in Palarivattom, Ernakulam.
